Stayed for a week mid Aug 2023 for a work trip- AWESOME EXPERIENCE from beginning to end! I was lucky enough to meet Lisa, Dimitri, Duchess, and the general manager(didn’t get your name- so sorry!) Everyone was so upbeat, pleasant, and kind- I can’t speak highly enough about the staff! Very clean, updated rooms- no complaints. I will definitely choose this location in the future. Thanks for such a great week!

Property was very nice; stayed here over the Labor Day weekend. Renovated rooms are still in good condition. Service was good and front desk team was especially friendly; shout out to Brian! The main down side was cleanliness of the bathroom. There was hair in the tub and bathroom floor. I didn’t report it as I had my Lysol wipes and took care of it on my own but I would encourage a more thorough room check.

Stayed here for a few nights. Came in from out of town. The staff was awesome. Very friendly. Rooms were nice sized. Air conditioning was ok. The shower was big and perfect for a tall guy like me. Breakfast was simple, but most motels don't even do that anymore. It was hot and delicious. It is very convenient next to restaurants as well. The only complaint was that cab service was very hard to get in that area in early mornings if you need to fly out. Would stay again for sure.

I've stayed here multiple times (for business trips) and our stay is always seamless. The location is convenient, and the property is clean and well-kept. The staff is friendly, helpful and competent. Duchess, at the front desk, welcomed us with a smile and a great sense of humor, and got us set up in our rooms in a jiffy. I highly recommend this property.

We had booked a room at the Extended stay America and it was absolutely horrible and the Hampton inn had one room left. This was an amazing hotel, clean and amazing staff. Dimitri was super friendly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in this area.

I stayed at the Waldorf, MD property for 3 days as part of a family wedding block. The hotel was clean and updated. The hotel staff was fantastic. Everyone I came across during my stay was super nice. I do want to call out Duchess from the front desk. She truly was amazing. I have travelled extensively and previously worked in hotels. Her level of customer service was honestly outstanding. She was kind and in many ways. She was professional and yet she took the time to get to know a bit about her guests. In speaking with her, she found out that we were checking in on the 3 month anniversary of my mom’s passing. She did a very little thing that I thought was so kind, by writing the room info on the key packet in mom’s favorite color. Her thoughtfulness, attention to detail and genuine touch went above and beyond. It’s not common anymore to come across people like Duchess and the other staff members. This property is very lucky to have people like that.

one of our best hotel experiences!|staff were so helpful ( I forgot a set of clothes & they retrieved quickly)|breakfast was spot on & their crispy bacon is wow! menu is rotated every 4 days or so so u dont just get the same stuff …
